The fully integrated Purchase Order Processing Module features the unique MiniPOS Purchase Order Tracker.

The MiniPOS™ Purchase Ordering system allows you to create stock orders to your suppliers. You can manually select products to order or use the system recommended orders, which are based on your current stock level and the Min/Max levels set for each item.

Every PO has a colour coded status which automatically changes as the PO is progressed from it’s creation to finally receiving deliveries and closing. The status can be used to instantly identify POs through the different stages.

  • PO status including open, sent, part del, closed cancelled
