Clothing and footwear stock lines can be specially created in MiniPOS™ using the Fashion Matrix and Fashion Purchasing System. A Matrix is simply a grid that shows the various colours and sizes for a particular style. Each section of the grid represents an individual item of clothing or footwear and can be used to set costs, prices, stock levels etc.
The unique MiniPOS™ Fashion Purchasing system is used to enter purchasing requirements for new stock lines. You enter the style description, colour and sizes together with cost, retail and required quantity. When complete the Fashion Purchasing system creates individual supplier purchase orders, creates a matrix for each style and creates the individual stock records for the items ordered all at the single click of a button!
- Unlimited number of grid levels, e.g. colours can be subdivided into materials or sizes into fit/width etc.
- Enter prices for sections of a grid, e.g. only change prices of a particular size
- Matrix stock control including adjustments, goods in, stock takes
- Copy grids to fast create similar stock
